Kara Pettis began her career in the Spa Industry over 17 years ago and has made it her life’s passion. She began as a receptionist and did office work in her parent’s medical spas and from there later went on to become a Massage Therapist and Esthetician.

After many years in the treatment room, Kara worked her way to a management position at the day spa she worked at and found herself creating specialized protocols for the treatments the spa offered and trained existing and new staff members. This is where she realized her passion for educating others in the spa world.

Kara has been an International Trainer for Eminence since 2006 traveling the world as an advanced educator. She has since made her home in Southern FL where she works as the Regional Representative and Educator with Eminence for some of the leading spas in the industry.

She is the Founder of Pure Concepts Consulting which employes her office support and educators to best support all of the Eminence Spa Partners here in Florida.
